Lie Sang Bong Spring/Summer 2015

Theatrics are big this season at fashion week as Lie Sang Bong stepped out of the box for the spring/summer 2015 season with his dreamy collection. Entitled "Dream Road", the collection evokes optimism and celebrates life as we take the journey through his story. Lie's signature architectural silhouettes and precise tailoring are reflected in the silk jacquard, linen, and silk chiffon used to create this ethereal collection. The visual impact of the garments are enhanced by the delicate pleating, and asymmetrical details. The "Dream Road" is interpreted by an installation that was done as a collaboration with sculpture and installation artist Jang Seung Hyo. It features glass tiles that consist of collage-to-photo prints from Lie Sangbong's archive and motifs debuted this season.
